Need divorce from my husband with compensation
19-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married on June 2016.since these 2 and half years am facing lot of tortures like dowry demands (in form of jewels,salary, property), emotional abuse(always threatening me to give divorce for not satisfying their demands),whole family is dominating and they want me to be like a slave.
I am an IT employee and I don't have kid.
I want divorce with compensation or maintanence or atleast my marriage expenses.
Should I go for mutual consent or dowry case or domestic violence act?Please guide me to proceed further.

the person may file a divorce case first then other cases can be filed. the sec 13 dealt with divorce proceedings. the maintenance and domestic violence case shall also be filed. the person should be able to patients with the process.

you are married in 2016 and when did you decide to go away from your matrimonial home, if you cannot proceed further to live a peaceful life with your husband then you can file a divorce on cruelty ground And get divorce from him
