Need divorce from my drunker husband

How can I get divorce from my husband free of cost? Because of his drinking habit lost everything. He is torturing daily physically mentally. I have two minor daughters. Help me to get rid from him

okay I understand your problems so now you want divorce from your husband right .and you have two daughter minors now you don't want any alimoney or maintainance from your husband or do you need if any maintainance you have to file a maintainance case or you want only divorce you will ready to mutual both or it is only you filed a case in court and take a divorce if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Means you have no money for Court expense & to pay fees. ? You can try Government's legal help. But you will not easily get a divorce from court without sufficient grounds. So you need to collect some proof of the harassment, violence by your husband

Dear Madam It is very easy. As you are being tortured you, then you have to torture him by filing multiple cases. He is taking advantage of your silence. Indian laws are in your favour but only unwanted married women taking shelter.
