I am Malu from ernakulam.I need divorce from my husband.He torture me and my son . my gold stolen
if you want to file divorce application you have to approach family court having jurisdiction over the matter and if you have any other claims such as recovery of gold ornaments you have to file seprate applications before the court having jurisdiction
