I already filed for divorce and also attended counseling. But my husband will not give divorce at any cost. He is asking me to continue marriage and also he told me that from now onwards he will not interfere in any of my matters he will live separately. Just for the sake of kids we will keep marriage. Purchase of second hand car from a dealer, who took the govt vehicle through govt auction: He promised to provide 15 year RC book as the vehicle will get new RC number and I paid the cost towards road tax for next 15 years. But, in RC book, the tax is printed from 2012-2027 and not 2026-2041 as promised by him. I have the sale agreement mentioning about cost of vehicle only [paid online]. Tax I paid extra. I have voice recordings of all deal and witness. Can I file a cheating case?
