if you want to file divorce application you have to approach family court having jurisdiction over the matter and if you have any other claims such as recovery of gold ornaments you have to file seprate applications before the court having jurisdiction

In August -2025 I took a car on lease from a party and gave 85000 to them. we prepared a 6 month agreement and still now they didnt give my money back. Shall I Eligible for giving a complaint against them ?

you can file a civil suit for getting the amount from the defendants and also you can file a complaint before the police station having jurisdiction over the matter you can attach the property belonging to the defendants if you have solid evidences to substantiate the allegations

you can approach dgp of police against the inaction of the local police. the police is not willing you can file application before the magistrate of first class having use friction over the matter against police as well as that person for the relief
