Need divorce from husband doing violence

Always using bad/abuse word about me in front of my girl children's , if ask why always restrict me to not speak single word if speak he started beating. nAlways I'm in threatened by him. No freedom at all to speak. Even last 4 years not earning.

mam, hope you are good don't worry u can stay away from your husband. getting a divorce matters only if you are into a second marriage. even so, if you need divorce, you can get a divorce under the grounds of cruelty but there must be proper evidence. kindly contact for more clarification

Hello madam regarding above mentioned you can file police complaint against your husband for mental cruelty or court of law for Domestic violence. And freedom of speech is your fundamental right of Constitution no one has power to restrict you .
