Need Consultation With Matter Of Divorce

I 31 hindu and married to a woman 7 years ago who is 11 year elder(muslim)to me. She pressurized me into court marriage after being in relationship of 3 months (live in first) . In starting her and her family tried to convert me but later it got settled. From then till now all i have been tolerating is abuses first religious abuses then related to family my mom and sister. I don't know how to come out of this. When I bring this topic and ask for separation calmly she tells me to ruin my life and threatened cops action. I have been living away from family and she is not allowing me to go to my home town too otherwise she torns her clothes and threatened to go out in public and file domestic violence on me. But in fact I have cuts on my body and faces throughout the years. I have found and gathered courage just to even type this ask for help and advise. She only tells her parents that i have hitted and abused her but was just self defending myself. Help!!

you are required to first file a Divorce petition in court and mention all facts in it, further there is no need of being afraid, if she files any criminal cases you can approach the court and file a quashing petition and also you can get anticipatory bail from court, looking to your facts only court can grant you relief from her, so just go legally there is nothing to be afraid off.

from your post it appears that you have not yet converted to her religiion and has remained a Hindu. What you call court marriage is perhaps was under special marriages Act register before sub registrar. you have not mentioned about children but I assume that there are no children. It will take some time but I can get you out of this
