Need assistance on mutal divorce. Please guide

Hi, i have been married for a year and it was a love marriage. I and my husband are not compatible enough,also due to financial issues we had worst fights. But he is demanding me to pay certain amount of money which i had taken a loan in his name for my business and wedding and he would only sign the divorce. I need assistance on this. Can i ask for alimony?

both can file mutually divorce petition and resolve the issue if he won't agree you can file alimony then he we I'll come compromise later you can resolve the issue in meditation session better imidatatly you can file mutually divorce

It is sad that you are love marriage now on the wars just in a short span of 1 year. the loan that you have taken in his name is an amount that you can pay off and get out of this bad marriage you can go ahead and do but if that money is something that you cannot pay up now you can file for divorce and ask for alimony and even settle for that.

Dear Madam, You need not pay any amount to your husband. You mayvfile multiple cases against him. You are entiltled to get alimony from your husband. If you file Domestic violence case or Maintenance case you will get monthly Maintenance at the end you may get alimony.
