Need an advise on divorce..when the marriage was done in arya samaj

Marriage was done in arya samaj 19 yrs ago...but Marriage is not registered in court...ow want a divorce...so do we need to file a divorce or we can get it like that only as the Marriage is not registered
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that marriage was done by Arya samaj and you did not register it, here even though if you have not registered it you have to file for divorce, supporting documents to be needed is marriage photographers or invitation card.

no you have to file a petition for divorce in the family court under mutual consent if you both are ready to give divorce to each other and get it done even if the marriage is not registered because ultimately court has the power to dissolve your marriage

mam u need to approach court for divorce. marriage is not automatically dissolved of there is no marriage certificate. it's not compulsory to have marriage certificate to obtain Divorce. only 2 marriage proofs r required to file divorce by mutual consent. marriage photograph and wedding card.
