Need alimony for all expenses forcelly done at husband place

My husband is a cheater, useless therky person. He and his family use to torture me mentally physically and financially.I spend lakhs of rupees forcefully in husband home as if I deny he used to shout on me and throw untensils on him and behave like a junglee. I have proofs of money spend .He just chat , call everyday with new women's .he left his job but doing his own business of preparing documents .his income is not fix. now when I stop giving money to him he filed for divorce. I want my money as well the maintenance because they cheated me..he also has extra marital affairs with so many women's. He use to quarrel everytime with me. Throw untensils on me when gets angry. Please guide can I get the money I will ask as alimony. his parents has a property of shop land and house. And how can a file criminal and domestic voilence case on. Him and his family.please guide
