Need advise or counseling for further step.Facing verbal abuse

I am a women married for 3 years and having a 2 year old baby.I was in a gulf country for past 5 years and now resigned with an ambition to stay with my hus&baby.Last 1 year we are together.Nowadays my hus always complaining of me for silly matters after he comes to home from the office.We are running our own business.Always telling he had mistake by marrying me and want to get rid of it.No communication in the house between us.We didn't even have physical contact also.Only communicating regarding the matters of baby.Before he had contacts with some girls and that I caught.Morning 9 he ll go to office and night 10.30/11 will come back and until 1.30 night he is on the phone.I don't know what's the reason behind his character and I suffering this for the sake of my baby.I am on the processing of my UK job Visa,he even told me that after getting in to UK he want divorse because after that am able to manage with baby financially.I don't want live a life this please give advise

Madam, You have option to get divorce from him on the ground of cruelty. Verbal abuse also amounts to cruelty. There is also one possibility to get mutual consent divorce. Ask him to give mutual consent divorce, if he wants then okay, if he does not agree for the same, then move forward for file divorce petition on the cruelty ground. File another car for maintainance for the child and yourself. You can file another case is that dowry harassment case against your husband and his family members. you can file also that partition suit against your husband for your child to get share in the property. These are the possibilities for you to get relief from the court. please contact for further details.
