Need advise on divorce process

My wife left home in hyderabad and currently staying with her family in vizag. Now she is not responding to my calls and messages.. what to do. If she wont come back to me.

you need to send a legal notice informing her to join our matrimonial life because she may later take stand that you drove her out of house. even than if she doesn't join than u can file case before family court at hyderabad seeking court order. consult for more detsils

go to her place and ask why she is not returning confirm from her elders the reason behind not picking ur phone calls or messages. See what happens and act accordingly. if there is no reasonable cause for the deeds she is doing then you plan accordingly
