Need advice regarding what to do further

It has been 7years since I got married from day one.im facing lot of problems and past 5yrs I'm separated.my husband filed rcr in counciling he is still the same and money minder and councillor told to proceed in court.ow can I apply for divorce in mutual consent by court coz husband is not willing to talk or what to do.i don't know
yes madam you can file mutual divorce if your husband is also ready to give you divorce. both husband and wife come together to file this petition. then only we can file mutual divorce in court. if your husband is not ready to give divorce by mutual consent means, you can very well file divorce petition.
