Need advice on Mutual Divorce in Chennai

Hi,nI have been married for 1 year and living separately since Aug, 2022. My wife lives in Chennai & I am in Bangalore. We would like to go for Mutual divorce. Please let us know the process.

You both together file the 13B petition with all the proofs before the Family Court, on the day of filing you both should come to the Court and wait for the 1st hearing on the day of hearing Court dissolve your marriage after that you got the order copy.
