sir you have to given a police complaint against your in laws and if police not accepting your complaint , then you have to file a direction petition to direct the police to register for against your in laws for illegal custody of your child...your wife's parents have no rights to take a child from you.

yes,,, u can waiving the cooling period now. first thing is you have to file a divorce by mutual consent and when divorce petition filed by you accepted by the judge it will be numbered, after that we have to file petition for waiving the cooling period and the cooling period will be waived... and this is all gets over within a month.
