Q: My office colleague Ramya got married by last Aug'22. It's a love marriage, but not accepted by Ramy

My office colleague Ramya got married by last Aug'22. It's a love marriage, but not accepted by Ramya's family. Her spouse family front ended everything and did an arranged marriage, without involvement of Ramya's family. Later only they came to know that. But there seems some clash between Ramya and her spouse just a few days before the marriage and it still continues between them. Her spouse is not taking caring of her and always be idle or silent at their home. Ramya is undergoing a kind of mental abuse and despite of multiple requests, he is not changing his attitude. She is willing to move out of this life as a mutual consent. Their marriage is not registered yet, but marriage invitations and marriage/reception photos are there. In this case, what is the legal process to break this marital life.
