Need advice for filing divorce

Hi,
Me and my husband are married for 6yrs now. Our relationship has never always been in best terms. Recently I find out that my husband is cheating on me. When I confronted him and his girlfriend, they denied the fact. And his girlfriend's sister(who is lawyer) is now threatening me that she will file cyber crime, stalking cases against me if I don't keep my mouth shut. I have their call logs and sms log with me. What else proofs will I need to file divorce. And what charges I can press against that girlfriend.

Well, Adultery is no more crime. So, if you have apprehension, that, your Husband is fucking her behind your back, you can take a Divorce. As far as her sister is concerned, she is afraid of you. She wants to save her Sister. So, that's why, she can go to the extent of making false allegations on you. However, I am always with you to defend.

you can file a divorce under the adultery ground and seek divorce if he is not reafy to give you and also you can claim maintenance from your husband on a monthly basis the documents required are marriage certificate and marriage photograph and resr the sms and call logs
