Hi mera divorce ka case chal raha hai 6months pure hone wale hai 3apr ko maine aapai sehmati se form par signature kar diye par mere ko lagta hai ki maine galat kiya hai tarika, bataye kesse maine issko cancel kar saku Or mera divorce na ho 2nd mere ko lagta hai ki isse piche wife ki behan Or jija ka hath hai kya main unke khilaaf koi case fille kar sakta hu
hello From contents of your query it seems like you have filed divorce with mutual consent and 2nd motion hearing is on 3rd April. Under this situation you can withdraw your consent during 2nd motion or ask for extension for another 6 months to think over the matrimonial dispute.

Yes u can tell court to send the matter in mediation centre and talk with ur wife to settle the matter amicably because it’s ur life and effect will be on u and ur wife only. Try to settle amicably and if settled then file a complaint against ur Sister in law and Jija if ur having any proofs that they spoiled ur case. For further discussion pls contact.
