Need a suggestion how to get a divorce with severe action

Iam a muslim we need a advice for my sister marriage issue we did a marriage our sister in 2014 since from the date of marraige the relation of his husband is not good for her every time he gave torcher, taunts and some time he used vulgar language also but we suggest to her give him some time may be he will be change but we failed our thinking till now he didnt changed as his cheap thinking and his behavior so now we decided to seprate from him and she has a one baby girl and her age is 8 months old.
Kindly, request to give us a suggestion to seprate with a compasation and take a severe action against him

there are several options you have in your present situation, you can claim maintenance for your sister and for baby girl and also you can take criminal action if there is any harrassment such as dowry ect.
