Need a divorce due to not being content or happy .

I hav been married for only 1 and half month to the man I dated for 12 years when things were falling apart he begged me to get married thinking things will change I married him but now I regret it I want to immediately be divorced . He attacks me emotionally mentally and even physically .I dont want to claim anything from him I just want to be free. How can I proceed..we got married in thrissur guruvayoor temple but our marriage was not yet registered in a register office ..what is the legal procedure ..and how should I proceed.

Madam Do one thing reply notice stating that you are NOT ready to give divorce and also sent a notice under restitution og conjugal right immediatly. Need Discussion to knwo of the contents of the notice to suggest you in your legal matter. You can contact us or contact any respetcive counsel.

There are two ways of approaching this. A mutual divorce and a contested one. If he’s agreeable to give you a divorce, then a mutual one could be filed and if he refuses to, you’d have to prefer a contested petition. Please provide more details so I can assist you appropriately

okay I understand your questions so now you want divorc immediately okay it is possible your marriage is consumeted or not it is important s O your marriage is consumeted you have to wait one year for divorce t O your marriage date us important you have to wait one year with in one year only one ground is their that us null snd wide but court asking proof so if you need any further legal help contact me I as m special in family matter th a nk you
