Need a divorce bilut husband is not ready

Hi I need a divorce from my husband.. everyday I have been tortured by him.. mentally n sometimes physically too.. we had a court marriage.. my husband is a Muslim n m Sikh.. it's been 4 years m not at all happy.. I don't even have any legal documents with me related to our marriage please esuggest how can I get the divorce

File a domestic violence case against your husband.but if you want divorce from your husband then file a application in family court under section 13 B,since you have done court marriage ,so u may draw duplicate paper from the concerning court.
