You should file an appeal with the Allahabad High Court to challenge the discharge order issued by the subordinate court. For further clarification, I recommend scheduling a consultation, during which I can provide a comprehensive explanation. My fee for this service will be Thirty Thousand.

accused can file discharge application before trail court or session court crpc227(bns250), crpc 239( 216bnss) after chargesheet if it doesn't work or rejected then he should go high court for revision petition against the lower court order. accused may also apply quashing petion 482 crpc in High court.

Since the Session Court has rejected the discharge application, you should file a Criminal Revision Petition directly in the Allahabad High Court to challenge that order. Filing a revision petition in the same Session Court is not an option as they have already passed the final order on your application. You will need a certified copy of the Session Court's rejection order to proceed with the filing in the High Court. Ensure that your petition in the High Court highlights the specific legal errors or missing evidence in the charge sheet that the Session Court may have overlooked.

You can challenge the same directly in the high court and yes i do practice in Allahabad High Court, fees can only be shared over call and after going through all the relevant documents to see the chances of the same being done on merit , duration - ( before commencing month/ change of stage of trial )

Never file a revision petition in a session court. it is my experience that mostly the session Court did not alter the verdict. you can challenge your rejection order of a discharge application directly in the High Court. first you should not wait to file a discharge application in a trial court. you should have directly challenged the first information report in the High Court. send me your rejection order for the discharge application in my WhatsApp number.

In order to avert injustice and ensure the purposes of justice, a quashing application in a High Court is a legal petition, typically made under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), to nullify or discontinue a criminal case (such as a charge sheet or FIR) when it is abusive, malicious, or devoid of evidence
