My wife was forced marriage and now she doesn't want physical intimacy

Hi Sir/Madam
I got married on March 24 and later my wife told their parents and relatives forced her to marriage and she is not ready for physical intimacy as she doesn't like me. When discussed with their parents they time passed with physiological counciling with a doctor. After 4 months of Counciling still she doesn't change and she still says she doesn't like marriage even after 11 months still she says she doesn't like marriage and she wants time for phys intimacy. Can i file Annulment ?
hi you could file petition for annulement only when some material fact is disclosed and for non consummation of marriage but it wont be that effective and that tou could file petition for divorce in court
