My wife tortures me always. Her family always gives influence how to ruin me and my family. Is it possible if I don't enter my wife into my house anymore? She always tortures me. I have informed in police station as a G.D.

there is a law which states that after marriage parents should not interfere in their childrens life and you cannot stop her from entering the house for which you need a court order but to prove all of that gather strict proof or else you yourself will in trouble and later incase if you have to file a case proving shall be difficult

Dear Sir If your wife tortures you you can file police complain. If police refused to register your case then you can file a private complaint under Sections 190 and 120 of Criminal Procedure Code. Consult a lawyer and describe him your situation and ask for legal guidance.
