My wife threatened to kill because I don’t want to be in the marriage

I have been married for 7yrs now. But I’m not happy. I have told my wife again and again to separate. 1st it started with arguments to being violent with me and now she has started to threaten to kill her if I leave her and blame me. We have a 5yr old son who witnessed all this. I want a divorce as I cannot see my son going through all this.

friend head first you anvat ground you are being separated from your wife is not mention in details shall we discuss in detail with my appointment only . then and then we will decide to file the divorce petition against your wife . friends please mate personally along with papers with you immediately .

hi in this case you can proceed to file petition for divorce before the family court and also a petition for custody of your son you have to prove the cruelty inflicted upon you by giving oral and documentry evidence before the court
