If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes you can seek divorce on this ground. However having said this, the Courts don't grant such reliefs to men unlike reliefs given to similarly placed women. Therefore discuss in detail with your lawyer and ready yourself for counter-cases. If you are suffering in a marriage done by fraud no point being in it.

The only option available to you is to file for contested divorce on the grounds of dessertion. The second ground can be impotency but in order to file for the said ground various things are to be taken into consideration whether it can be a ground for divorce or not and for that further disclosure of detailed facts is required. For any further assistance please feel free to contact.

If your wife concealed medical conditions before marriage and has deserted you for 1.5 years, it can be grounds for divorce. You should: Seek Legal Advice: Consult a family lawyer to file for divorce under grounds like fraud, non-disclosure, or desertion, as applicable under your country's laws. Document Evidence: Collect evidence of her desertion, lack of menstruation, and any other medical or behavioral issues. This can include medical records or witness statements. Settlement Negotiation: If she demands 20 lakhs for settlement, discuss this with your lawyer. The amount should be negotiated based on fairness and legal guidance. Medical Evaluation: If her medical condition is critical to your case, the court may order a medical examination to verify claims like Turner syndrome.
