My wife living separately since 7 months

Hii...my left me since 7 months after 1.5 years of marriage.....things were not working well between us....her parents were too much interfering in our life....ow she left me ...ot ready to come......we tried to convince her...but she is not interested....she has done police complaint yet.....but threatening us to do....ow I want to apply for divorce....then when should I apply for divorce??after applying to divorce...what will be circumstances? If u file a divorce case than she will file domestic violence act case against u and ur family member, Maintenance case under section 125 CrPC and she will file CAW cell complaint against u and ur family member for registration of FIR under section 498A and 406 IPC against u and ur family member. the wife is duty-bound to stay at the matrimonial house along with you. its a good thing that she hasn't initiated any criminal action yet but you should be prepared for it once you file for divorce. you have a good case to file for divorce in the family court
