My wife left me without any reason from past 15 months went to her mother in law house.ow I want to file rcr to bring her back .I want to know after filing if she doesn't come to court when can I file divorce
Dear Sir
It is waste excercise to file RCR. It will be filed only to avoid paying monthly Maintenance to wife . She has voluntarily deserted you and their might be other cruelty issues , on such grounds you can file divorce directly. You have to wait for one year after getting RCR decree to file divorce
