My wife left me infornt of the crowd from my house 1 year ago, she filed sec 9 and in the document copy she mentioned that her parents given 40 lakkhs to my parents hand and putting presssure her to bring more dowry and harrasment and inactive in leading married life.nWhich is 100% false. Fact is we didn't take dowry from her. Now I don't want to continue with her, How to respond to this fake dowry case to counter it

The section 9 case is not a criminal complaint about dowry harassment but you have to refute her allegation by filing objections in the same case before the court . you engage an advocate of your choice and he / she will do the rest.

Dear Sir, You have to just file Divorce case against your wife denying all her allegations and also file objections to Section 9 Application denying her allegations and also ask her to provide the evidence for the alleged payment of Rupees Forty Lakhs and from which source her father accumulated such a big amount.

You can contest the case for restitution of conjugal rights filed by your wife on the strength of evidence from your side. If you do not want to continue with the marital relationship with your wife you can file a petition for divorce and both cases will proceed accordingly.
