04-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife left me 1 year ago, she filed sec 9 and in document copy she mentioned that dowry harrasment which is 100% false. Fact is we didn't take dowry from her. Next month need to counter her sec 9 case. I am mentioning in counter that all her allegations are false, she was lying and emotional cheating every time, no physical intimacy even I put lot of effort. She left me infornt of the crowd from my house 1 year ago. Now I don't want to continue with her, I want divorce. Will judge consider it?

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a suit for divorce on the ground of desertion and she is physically unfit for sexual relationship. the main ground in this case is physically unfit for sexual relationship. on that ground the court will consider the distressed applicant and admit the case. in section 9, you have to file written statement on the above mentioned cause.
