My wife left infornt of crowd from my house 1 year ago, she filed sec 9, in file she mentioned that her parents given 40 lakhs to my parents hand and nputting pressure her to bring more dowry and I am inactive in leading married life. 100% false. Fact is we didn't take dowry from her. nI put efforts but she has no interest on me from day1 of our marriage. Now I don't want to continue with her, I filed sec 131ia. How to win fake dowry case. nNext week we have counselling. please suggest.

Has she filed section 498 against you or only section 9?
If she has filed section 498, we have to defend it. She has to show the court that her parents had given Rs. 40 lakhs to your parents and prove other allegations as well.
