Sir in my 10-12 certificate name of my is Amrit kr and i want to change it to amrit pathak. I publish the gazette for the same Mentioning that my name has been wrongly written as amrit kr and my correct name is amrit pathak. Now what should I do.

based on your facts and the rules and regulation of the concerned Education Board which has issued 10 + 2 certificate , you can enquire from concerned board whether they can change your name in your 10 + 2 certificate or not . if they do not have any such policy then you may have to seek legal remedy before appropriate concerned Authority or Court after taking legal advice as per law .

Q: misinformed about providing hostel

my college officials keep mosinforming us about alloting hostels , my college is University school of automation and robotics which comes under ggsipu, a state government college. since it is a new campus they told us they will provide us hostel during the time if admission, when the semester statted offline the hostels were not completed and now i am in fifth semester still they haven't provided hostels and i have recording and screenshots of them saying that they will provide the hostel

My 4th floor neibour has Roof Right in his Power of attorney document. I am living at 5th floor and he has constructed a wall in front of my house preventing ventilation (Sunlight and Air). I called police several times and tried to stop the construction but he bribed policemen and completed the construction. He has also made a boundary & locked the roof. Is it legal to lock a roof & prevent others from using it. What can I do in this situation. I want to demolish the wall or get access to roof.
