Try getting marriage certificate or any of the docs wherein the name of other spouse is mentioned as a partner. Wedding invitation card etc. public docs you can avail under RTI Or try gathering photos of both of them being together at public place, functions etc You can take a help of detective and based on the gathered evidence file for divorce.

If your wife has married again while still being legally married to you, it constitutes bigamy, which is a punishable offense under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). To proceed legally, obtaining proof of her second marriage is essential. Here are the steps you can take to gather evidence: Hire a private investigator: A professional investigator can help you collect concrete proof, such as photographs, videos, or other documentation of the second marriage. Check public records: Visit the local marriage registrar's office where the alleged second marriage may have been registered. You can file an application under the Right to Information (RTI) Act to access relevant public records. Gather witness statements: Identify individuals who may have attended the second marriage or have direct knowledge of it. Their testimony can be crucial evidence. Monitor social media platforms: Often, such events are shared online, which may provide leads or evidence. Once you have sufficient evidence, you can file a police complaint or initiate legal proceedings against her for bigamy. Let me know if you need help drafting a complaint or taking further legal action.

Well, you need to hire a Spy to figure out the whereabouts of your Wife, whether she got married or not! If you get any sort of evidence regards her second marriage without seeking Divorce from you, then, you can seek Divorce from her or/and can even file a case of Bigamy.
