My wife is not able to do normal house hold works in proper way

My wife is not able to do normal house hold works in proper way, and she remains in some mental disorder like anxiety and tensions without any reason she didn't behave as normal person and while I was in house after office then she creates some disputes by her behavior and destroyed mental peace of living people in house. She used to go out from house without any permission instead of deter in streets , park and in neighbors house and talk to strange peoples about our house. We also complained her parents but there is no positive responses by them. since marriage her mental condition not normal but we assume she will cure by time her parents said after birth of child she will stable but still there is worsen condition. before marriage her patents hide these thing to us that she has some problems. As my mother suffering from depression after my father passed away. she is not cooperative to my mother. as now i m thinking for divorce from my wife and want guidance in this case.
