My wife is mentally torturing me and my family since our marriage and saying bad words to me and my family, and file false cases against us I filed for divorce but after counseling I agreed due to future of my 5 year old daughter aur bachi ko mere paas nahi aane deti, kehti hai ye sirf meri hai Maine samjhauta kiya aur usko ghar le aaya pqr uska behaviour wesa hi hai, kehti hai tu mere layak nahi hai mere room se nikal ja, isliye mai alag so raha hu, 4 saal se humare beech koi sambandh nhi hai,

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. And as far as your daughter is concerned you can file for child custody in the same petition. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

iski strategy banani padegi k aap case jeet jaen, aur 4 saal bohot hota hai. mediation aur case or baad ye haal hai mujhey nahe lagta aapko aur time waste karna chahiye. Consultation fee lagegi aur hum baat kar k koi raste nikalenge.

I think there is no point continuing with this relation as there seems to be no cordial relations exists. You have an option to file a divorce on the ground of cruelty and if you can talk to your wife you may also seek mutual consent divorce

aap is case Mein Kahate Hain desertion ground per Ek divorce file kar sakte hain aur ya aap judicial separation request kar sakte hain Court se under section 10 of hma act to ismein aapki solution hai
