My wife is living seperate with me since last 3 years

My name is Ram. I got married in feb 2016 and she left me after 1 year saying she does not want to live with me I tried to convince her this is not the right way to leave like this we can resolve if any problem is there she is not much educated and influenced by her mother & grandmother who are not interested in my family after the marriage I waited for some period to check if she comes back but she did not and she sent lot of messages saying I need divorce but never comes to apply for the divorce just saying come to my village and talk to my parents and they are like trying to ask money from me and not interested in giving divorce and not sending my wife with me.
Any suggestions which could help me please....
in your case first you have to file conjugal rights And u will get the decree of conjugal rights, next you have to file a divorce by desertion, you can easily get a divorce. first you have to hire an advocate he will guide you, come and meet me

just give notice to join you which she does not respond to the notice file a case in the court to join you even though she doesn't respond u just file divorce in the concerns court of ur area before give chance for negoacation

You need to file for restitution of conjugal rights in case you wish to get your wife to live with you.
In case she fails to come and live with you as per the order restitution of conjugal rights, basis such non compliance you may apply for divorce.
Further you also have valid divorce cases on the grounds of desertion.
