My wife is living separately and doing job without my consent

HiMy wife is living separately at her mother's home and only listens to her parents. She is also doing job without even letting me know about it. Can it be considered as Desertion or Cruelty Grounds for Divorce

In matter in which district ? Are you belong Hindu religion. And you can file restitution of conjugal right take ground and also include mentally harassment. How many years your wife living separately and give proper details I will be provide proper application though you file a court if you want divorce

the job is not a ground a divorce but the living separation without any sufficient reason its ground of divorce. if any women living separately with his husband and livinģ with her parents or other or alone and she have no answer why she live serprate and she deny to come back her husband home then the husband have the right to file a divorce on the ģround of separation.

agar ap divorce chahte hai to ye ground ke apki wife apke pas nahi rehti hai ye sabse best ground hai divorce lene ke liye ap jaldi se divorce petition file kare or saath hi ssp or apne local police station mai ek application de ke apki wife apko false cases mai fasane ki dhamki de rahi ti or blackmail kar rahi hai
