My Wife is having extra marital affair, can I file for Divorce ?

I am married in 2002. Just few days back came to know that my wife is having affair to the extent of physical relation. Even she accepted it and now want that she shall be allowed to do so and told me that I also can look out for any extra marital relation ship. Please suggest can I go for divorce now ?

If you both dont have anything left in your relationship and want to get seperated simply file a divorce petition by mutual consent or file the same divorce with an allegation of adultery on your wifes part
