My wife is having an affair and i want divorce.

1. My wife is having an affair with her co-worker. I have screenshots of their messenger chats. Is it enough to get divorce or not, if not, what else should be needed to prove in court.
2. I am a permanent resident of Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh but i live in Agra City. Can I file a case in Agra city?

The divorce petition can be file before the family court where (1) the marriage was solomnized (2) where the opposite party has been reside and (3) where the husband and wife had been resided last time. if you and your wife redide at Agra then you can file petition for divorce on grounds mentioned in the section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. But it is very much difficult to prove that the facts of adultery in court proceedings however adultery is a ground for divorce but it is very much difficult to prove it. it is better to file petition for divorce on ground of cruelty and misbehave and harassment caused by your wife towards you.
