though your wife is earning more than you, it all depends on the terms between you and the mediations that were held. so if u prefer to go for divorce mutually then alimony has or ots shall be decided

It depends on the facts of the case filed on the court.
Depends on kids, properties, dowry, gold etc .
She has the right to file Maintenance case on you before your divorce.
She has the right to file DVC ( If any) on you.
Your one time settlement for divorce depends on type of case like mutual divorce and petitioner.

It depends on the situation because your wife's liabilities are more than that salary or more than you and depends on properties, kids, etc
she has the right to file maintenance and she proves that expenses are more than you in case you have children Surely you paid maintenance in case both parties agreed one time settlement is better to file mutual
