my wife is demanding for money of rs 1cr i am refucing for that

if the court deside to pay money for wife how can we refuce paying her money and say ready for punishment. i am hindu
Hi, courts generally do not concede such huge demands.
there should be a reasonable demand ( i.e wife should be able to demonstrate with bills, receipts) of her present expenses and claim alimony etc.
also you should be able to demonstrate that your wife has skills, education and capabilities to take care of herself
