My wife is blackmailing me and threatening me for a false case

Allredy me and my wife ek Sal sya sepaleration may hu,mera wife bahut bar humko insult or necklegency kiya, mera papa or mami ko physical and mentally torchur korta hay,kabhi kabhi mereko korte hay,fir bhi ekdin bahut jagra korke uska maika ghor chala gaya,may abhitak mera child ka education cost deta hu,esi adhar may may jalpaiguri legal service authority service center may wife ko council kornke liye souman veja,usne ayi,abhi bol raha hay mera mami r papa Kay bina wife ki sathe rahana hoga,allready my parents are caridiac pesent,fir ek agla date diya dsla say last council kornke liye,fir bhi mera wife ka family humko ph korke humko r mami papako marnka humki day raha hay,or false case ka dhomki day raha hay,esi adhar may rcr case korna chahyie na direct divorce file kar sakta hu.kya karna chahiye abhi?
this is a good ground for you to get divorce as she refuses to live with you parents who are of aged. There is a Supreme Court judgement with regard to this where wife refusing to live with the husband's parents, is itself one of the ground for divorce. Second ground would be of cruelty. As for threats u/s 498A, you should lodge a complaint with the local police against her and her family members, of such threats, and also the SP of your district. You can initiate a criminal proceeding u/s 506 IPC for such threats thereafter, for your own good. Just keep in mind that you need to be strong for the good your own parents because your parents are your responsibility and so is your wife.

In my opinion at first lodge a complaint to the local police station for threatening.
And you can file a case under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for Restitution of Conjugal Rights . And without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.
