Dear Sir, On the basis of document on which your wife signed you can approach the High Court and get quash dowry case. Further, you can get issue a legal notice or get issue a court notice to your wife to agree for mutual divorce as proposed and signed by her earlier.

Resepcted Once after filing of mutual case not question of doqry will arise. I hope the signed document only will come to your helo at Criminal case not in other cases. Need discussion to answer you question. Maintenance she can claim more and the same will be decided on the basis of your income only. Need discussion to answer your all issue. Please contact if ok.

If you have all the documents with regard to the cases as you have mentioned. Those are sufficient grounds for your divorce wherein you can contest the matter with absolute. Can you please provide the register copy as you have said in the above question. To what extant we can rely upon we will see to it.
