You cannot file multiple cases merely to harass the other party. The law permits only those proceedings which are legally sustainable and based on genuine cause of action. Depending on the facts of your case, you may consider appropriate remedies such as: - Filing a divorce petition on valid legal grounds. - Contesting or defending any case filed against you. - Initiating proceedings relating to child custody, restitution of conjugal rights, or protection of your rights, if applicable. Courts take a serious view of unnecessary or vindictive litigation. Filing false or excessive cases may backfire and weaken your position. As far as facing court is concerned, you must: - Appear through an advocate and follow proper legal procedure. - File a strong, fact-based written statement with supporting evidence. - Maintain discipline and consistency in your stand before the court. The correct approach is not the number of cases, but the strength and legality of your case. A focused and well-prepared legal strategy will always prevail over multiple weak proceedings.

hi if she had been harassing you and suspecting your fidelity then you could file petition in court for divorce on grounds of cruelty and fidelity and that there is no mental peace and that you could obtain appropriate relief
