dear sir a case is registered against me just one week back tomorrow is first hearing I am not able to find a lawyer there were no official summons issued against me is it fine if I or my lawyer not attend the court tomorrow

first check the case status if there is no official summons, you can find a lawyer in court premises and explain the case with him he will help you. if your lawyer is not attending tomorrow ask the judge to give time to engage lawyer then he will give next hearing date by that time you can arrange lawyer

In my maintenance case my cross examination completed but before this i said about my husband audeltry video to my advocate but he didn't filed in evidence as a proof.now I changed my advocate do I still have chance to file evidence because my cross completed and I signed now what to do

Yes you can file and request a new advocate about what happened before in the cross, there is a possibility to produce as evidence as additional evidence and let the court know why you have not submitted that evidence earlier Even though you have submitted as evidence for an old advocate, then the court will consider it.
