don't accept for divorce and don't leave matrimonial home as it is not willingly by yourself. by coming to your child it's your responsibility too to care of your daughter, consult an advocate discuss with him to go through legal or private complaint.

first resolve your problem by discussing with your family members and husband family members also. if not resolved yet we can further file for 498a case on your husband with the help of advocate, by consulting advocate discuss the issue so that he can file a case

I got married in 2019. I have one girl child in 2021. Am hpv low risk postive in 2021. 2023 onwards we separated when he knows it transmitted disease. He got another marriage in 2025( no proofs). before going for mutual first you have to be prepared for mou in that you can mention what are particulars you need them you can file same in the court. it's purely based on mutual families members, you can file with alimony also, but it should be acceptable by court.
