Sir my wife filled a false 376 case against me because we have marriage in arya samaj mandir in jan-2024 or not registered in court , local thana police or my loyer have taken 50000 rs or told to police will keep final report to close case , i have marrige certificate or photo of marriage but now loyer also asking more money for closing case for final report .
now what to do , how quash a case .

challenge the impugned First Information Report Before Hon'ble High Court and High Court stay the arrest and may send the matter to mediation for settlement if any. do not give any money to police for submitting closure report

You can approach HC under section 482 CrPC for quashing the FIR. Section 376 I P C is not maintainable in marital relationship. You will need to state the circumstances of your marriage. your conduct during the subsistence of marriage, reason for conflict and attempts made to reconcile with your wife.
