My wife filled case dowry and harashment

Hello ...I live in Saudia..I got married on 24 Jan ,2022 . I was with my wife till April then left abroad ..everything was fine .after I went abroad my wife got miscarriage..I asked her to come to saudia she did not come in June 2023 she filed complaint then fir..iam still in Saudia .will chargesheet be filled without me .. she gave names of my mother and me..pls help

Your not mentioned which sections they filled , You can file quash petition in High Court and better to contact your near Advocates, with relevant documents they will give proper information you can give brief information

hi first need to see the contents of the complaint given and the FIR filed and if it is based on all false allegations then you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations

Chargesheet will be filled after the investigation by the higher officials like SP....we can file a quash petition in high court and dispose this fir ... contact us we file a quash petition in high court and we make u out from this case
