.My wife filed sec9, I filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with her. No kids. She was working women before separation earning upto lakh per month. I have private job. still she get maintenance? Provide the details to find some other liabilities which may let me escape to pay lesser maintenance to my wife.

You have to go in appeal in the court that your maintenance should be less and have to proof that your salary is less than your wife you can consult us we will provide you the best guidance for your problem

Firstly you have to file an application before the court to show that the wife has deserted wilfully so that there will be no need to give maintenance. Moreover, you should file application by mentioning that your wife is educated and was doing job earlier. Moreover, you should mention her qualification in income and assest affidavit.
