No, you don't need to pay maintenance , you need to submit your income Affidavit very less than her income, Argue the matter before the court is very effective ,so that ,will get an order in favour

There is no general rule of maintenance it will be decided by the concerned judge only and he will take into account whether she is able to live the same lifestyle which she was living with you. Income affidavit needs to be filed as per latest SC judgement Rajneesh vs Neha judgement

No you cannot be held liable to pay maintenance if your wife is working and earning sufficiently to cater her needs and maintain a decent lifestyle. Also if there is no child out of the wedlock you would not be liable to pay anything to your wife. However complete facts to be known for any better advice. Feel free to contact Thanks

If your wife is earning enough to maintain herself then in that case you are not duty bound to provide her maintenance. It's advisable for you to go for mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
