My wife filed false case on my whole family


23-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I wanted divorce and I'm not interested to leave with her anymore and we have been separated for more then 5years and she is not giving divorce but ready to compromise also so she keep dragging this pls advise is there any way to speed up the process to get divorce.

if you want to settle the matter amicably you have to file for mutual divorce petition either you have to file for contest in divorce petition after filing condition Davis petitions will come for a compromise

okay I understand your questions so now you want give divorce to your wife right .yes it is possible if you wat how many years going on you got maary that is important so if you want cruality ground or desertion ground you approch the t wo ground are there your wif not ready to give mutual you will be file on contested divorce if you need any legal help contact me thank you

It is not clear from your post whether you have already filed a divorce case against your wife. moreover the caption of your post seems to suggest that she has a filed some pulse cases against you and your family, the present status of the case is also not stated. To give a proper advice I should know the reason for your separation and who is responsible for that.

No short cuts But u can file a mutual consent divorce petition Its gets over within six months In case if ahe compromises on point of living separately This is the best solution U can consult us for assistance
